Opinions on this Mantle?

Hello, I received this signed Mantle postcard 20+ years ago and I’ve suspected it was a forgery this entire time since it most likely came from eBay. It’s on a 1989 Perez Steele postcard numbered out of 10k which I’m certain is real.  Unfortunately, it looks like it was signed with a thick marker or pen and there was likely some ink bleeding due to the type of paper the postcard was made of. I thought I would get some opinions before tossing it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mr. Cyrkin did a nice job magnifying that image.

I would also say it's authentic.

98% of the time I can opine a Mantle autograph in seconds.  This is why authentication companies employ certain tools.
