I think that's kind of Bono's style to just pop in and sign. I'm not even sure how far in advance the bookstores know and when they do they're probably sworn to secrecy, so they probably wouldn't say anything in advance. I bet he'll sign  at every stop on his tour. Probably a couple of the larger independent stores in each city.

Absolutely correct... for security and swarming reasons.  Let's see what happens in NYC and Boston on the days of the actual book talk shows.....  I'm looking to see what's up before he arrives in my city (Toronto).

As a collector of all things U2 and with many U2 autographs over the years, I'm so happy he's out and about and doing these signings.

Sounds good! Odd question, but can we limit all of the extra posts on this thread for a while? It's hard to keep checking emails for a possible order just to see somebody else who got a book. Maybe we could use the other Bono thread?

Has anybody had their Eason order in England yet?

tracking is completely pointless as it just states it has left Ireland sorting office and they deliver within 24 hours which hasn’t happened.

I dont think the 24 hours works for anyone outside the country

Mine went from Dublin to PORTLAOISE, Ireland. That's where surface mail is directed. But it was supposed to be air mailed to England. I hope they fix the mistake soon.

Yes this is my last update on my tracking as well.

I am less worried then.

My shipping status shows its now at Heathrow which is less than 30 minutes by rail from me and it is now with a partner who ever that ends up being I don't know.

Mine is also at Heathrow. I thought air mail would leave Dublin, but apparently not.

Anyway, I will have to wait a little longer. I will only be back home next week. I am pretty sure it's signed and that's all I needed to know.

Got mine from Oblong.  They look good.  Trying to decide if I keep the signed book sticker on the front.  Keeping the copy on the right for myself.  The other is earmarked as a Xmas gift.  Hopefully, I can get one more for a holiday gift for the lady who watches my sweet doggo when we go out of town.

Mikenmar2 IMHO, keep the "signed" sticker" on the front!

Don't alter those beauties in anyway...remember when we were little kids and we threw away the boxes that the toys came in on Christmas morning? ...today the boxes are sometimes worth as much or more than the toys!

The sticker stays, ...and Mikenmar2: Man,They look niiiiiiiiice !!

Congrats!!!
