Yes I complained to both CEO's in America / UK and Premiere and warned Coles in the UK - I didn't buy a Shitster and Shitster copy but I did buy an Indigo copy - these fraudulant deceptive arseholes really have got to be stopped - this was a $600 book for f***'s sake ! And they tried it not once but twice !
