ALVY MOORE (1921-1997) will always be known as  county agent "Hank Kimball" on Green Acres, and in the 1990 Return to Green Acres movie.  He also is known for producing and appearing in horror movies The Brotherhood of Satan and Witchmaker.  He appeared in scores of television shows including: The Twilight Zone, The Munsters, The Dick Van Dyke Show, Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C., The Beverly Hillbillies and Newhart.  He appeared in the 1966 episode of TAGS "A Baby in the House" playing a door-to-door salesman. This is a 3x5 index card that was part of the Lee Gold collection:

He was quite the character in Green Acres.

That is right Christopher he made that character his own and will always be remembered fondly for it. I was always sorry I never got to meet him. He and Tom Lester ("Eb") did a lot of county and state fairs.

ALVY MOORE on The Andy Griffith Show

TERI GARR )1947-      ) is best known for Close Encounters of the Third Kind and Young Frankenstein.  She appeared on some of the top television shows of the 1960s and 1970s. She was on Batman, Star Trek, The Odd Couple, The Bob Newhart Show, M*A*S*H and many more.  She appeared on The Andy Griffith Show and Mayberry R. F. D.  On TAGS she was girl in the red convertible at Goober's gas station in "The Wedding" episode.

This is a nice one, Scottie! Thanks for sharing...

Sam

Thank you Sam  I need to get a picture of her on the show. I like doing that because people can better recognize them that way.  Our county fair is starting next week so not sure how much I will be on. I have to be over there at least every night.

Here she is on TAGS.

Hey thank you Gary I appreciate it.  I always think it is nice to be able to see them in context of the show they were on.

CONNIE SAWYER (1912-       ) at 104 she is the oldest known person living (as of 2016) to appear on TAGS.  She appeared in scores of movies and television shows.  She appeared in All in the Family (as Mrs. McNab), Matlock, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Seinfeld and many others.  She played "Miss Blanchard" in the episode entitled "Helen's Past."  Her roles were always small bit parts but she played them well.  Below is a index card:

RIP Connie Sawyer died January 21, 2018, aged 105 years.  She was the oldest surviving TAGS actress.

CONNIE SAWYER (1912-2018) also played Martin Balsam's mother "Mama Klein" on Archie Bunker's Place.  This is a later autographed photograph.
