I’ve just spoken to the RT warehouse in Bristol.  They have confirmed it was a human error.  The LP will not be signed, unfortunately.

There is no need to inundate RT with further calls, btw.  The guy I spoke with said he would be working through the orders over the next few days.  They will be cancelled and we will receive an email confirmation to that effect.

Thanks for contacting, Stepeanut. It's already easy to cancel a Rough Trade order, but I'm glad they're not going to send out something falsely advertised.

And while it may have seemed too good to be true, I thought the Eric Clapton signed print with The Yardbirds was even less likely, and that turned out to be Kosher. And Baez has signed books coming out in the near future, so I didn't think it was too much of a stretch.

That's a real shame.  I have previously bought a signed CD from her store on Etsy which she puts up from time to time.  It would have been a treat to have this album signed by her.
