I didn't want vinyl so I created my own bundle by buying one standard CD and one deluxe CD.

Your original link in original post above takes you to Townsend Music which doesn’t show it available…I’m in USA it shows a different website version.

https://music.kylie.com, which has Townsend Music Store backend. The site error 500's right now though, just as the signed options have become available.
