The complimentary "Team Kelly" sticker showed up at my address today, ahead of the signed CDs.

Shipped separately by Warner in a cardboard sleeve, I had no idea what it was until opening it.  

Bit of a waste, I could have easily done without it at all and just had cheaper shipping costs instead.

Was the card inside the CD? There is no secondary sticker on mine over the UPC and it says nothing of being a signed edition. I don't want to open in case I have send it back.

Mine was inside and had no indication it was signed. It says it on the description on the website also so you should be safe to open it
