It looks good to me if you can get past the substantial condition issues. Here’s another signed example of this menu:

Those appear to have been signed at the same time....George and Ringo in pencil....same signature order.

Looks like someone put scotch tape over the autographs which has yellowed over the years. Big mistake as it devalues the piece big time.
