Definitely open up a case, take a screenshot of your orders to show that you had bought three and explain about the difficulty you're having with banquet.
In any issue I've had PayPal had refunded me, I'm fairly sure they'll refund you too, good luck

I had an order arrive a couple of weeks ago - I ordered 2 different signed LP's (Both In stock) on the same order, the order was dispatched and arrived missing one LP..... i e mailed them the Royal mail Label - showing 500g, which was the weight of just the one LP - 2 x stiffeners and the mailer.... i double checked the weight on my electronic scales and it was the same - one LP was missing and although marked as dispatched on the same order - wasn't actually in the parcel.
Can you check the mailers / shipping labels that arrived or have they been thrown out? They may well have marked it as dispatched like mine and never actually put it in the parcel!

As it was an UK exclusive, I bought copies for me and for my friends back in Portugal. I got the package at home yesterday and I guess I already know the answer, but can you please tell if I can salvage any of these? I'm afraid I need to send all of them back.

Unfortunately none of them are real mate. Very similar to the fake one I received with the vinyl.

Got my refund for the 2 dodgy vinyls today.
Keeping the CD’s as they look OK.

Got lucky with 2 legit vinyl prints. After import fees, I was really worried. I cant afford to import fake stuff. Really will think twice before doing it again.

Sorry have been following this thread for ages and only received my cd & art card today. Assuming it’s already got ti be returned as fake?

Yeah, that doesn't look good to me. A fair few more of the CD "signed" prints have been coming in like this now. :/

I know how you feel. I've returned stuff there too, can be a drag even when 40 mins away from the shop. The first CD batches of prints were good. I was one of the lucky ones. But then it's turned into a fiasco, to say the least.

Good news for banquet(bankrupt) records. I've seen a 2nd small release of "signed" cd's 2 days ago. There were only 2 in stock when I passed by it so not sure how many were sold beforehand. Just a heads up and good luck.
