Written word autographs

I bought autographs on October.1 and it been 20 days so far and I never received it.The $105.00 that I paid was taken out of my bank account I sent several emails and they never responded back to me

They have a full signature Pacino for $25.

Dan Rowe, the owner of Written Word, passed away in March 2023. The obituary mentions his son, Mike,  helping with the business, so I would assume they are still in business. I'd call the number at the bottom of the website to confirm: (603) 323-7563

Yes, that is the same source with the $25 full Pacino SP. If that is the place the OP mentioned I don't know.
