They don't usually wipe the page after being sold out. I wasn't watching stock but don't believe these were close to being depleted. It could be an issue where they oversold and pulled the listing but I'd just assume is some strange marketing trick. Maybe to create fomo and relist for $250

They never took a listing off completely that I know of but listing certain books long out of stock for higher prices has been there MO for a while now
