I bought a couple balls from a guy who was selling them with a VERY poor picture of the 2 balls and the signatures posted. You could not see the sigs at all basically. I figured what the heck, for under $50 (shipping included) Id give it a shot. So what say you my friends? Did I score? or flop? I think its a score. sorry for the bad close-up pics but thats the best I could get with my cam. Both on Bobby Brown balls.

the signatures actually look good from what I can see. In many cases however, forgers will post photos that make it difficult to clearly see the autograph. In the future, I would be weary of these types of sellers.
Good. Nice ball.
I always go for the older MLB league baseballs when I can. For older players, I'd much rather have a Bobby Brown or earlier ball than the modern ball with the big blue logo on it.
hey mr zipper, I agree 100%. I even try to get balls that reflect when they were playing, like Yaz on a MacPhail ball, Aaron on a Feeney ball. Sometimes its not practical or possible, but with guys that played in the 70's-90's, its doable.
Thank You guys! I'm definitely into the older players more than the new ones. Yankee players mostly from the 1950's. Im glad this paid off. Now they are sitting next to Mantle.
