That's an extremely rare seldom seen inscription 

It causes me pause

I suspect this originates from Germany?

Does have some pretty good attributes but to be safe I would pass

However if someone was enthusiastic for it I MIGHT be persuaded otherwise

I don‘t think it is authentic. Like Don, I would pass.
