Hello Everyone , I am extremely disgusted with talk shop live . There customer service is the worst of the worst . I had placed a order with them ,which was never received . I contacted them and they were unable to find the order in there system ,yet I was charged the amount on my cc . I ended up filing a dispute and they responded to the credit card company and said they would credit the amount back to me . So over 3 months ago . Today I am contacted by my CC Company informing me Talk Shop live DID Not credit the amount ,they said they would and I have to reopen the dispute ,even though talk shop live accepted responsibility and put that in writing with the original dispute . This company is not good as I have read other posts in regards to there shady practices

Yeah that seems to be the deal with them . I was informed by my cc company today ,they are closing the dispute in my favor and reversed the charge as talkshop live said they would credit my account and after 3 months never applied the credit back to me . I have read other stories on here involving other situations very much like this one .

A day late (more like 2 months honestly)  and a dollar short, Steve.

I finally got my money back last week from the fake Ice T’s you guys “brokered” for me in early Dec. after chasing down the 3rd party *on my own time with absolutely NO help from TSL - BUT you guys were GREAT about rejecting my chargeback - even when you knew they were fake bc I filed the claim well after that was exposed. Heck, you guys did that real fast, which is strange bc you couldnt seem to find the time to reply to my repeated requests for service?

Im done with TSL. Thanks, but no thanks. I know youre not personally responsible, but unfortunately, you seem to be the only one with the balls and ethics to communciate on behalf of TSL. 

Might be a good idea to make it VERY clear that you will ghost your customers and put it on the “3rd party provider” to rectify the problem when you sell bunk merchandise. Maybe?

I give them B- grade. I brought many items for a very fair price, but the quality of signatures I received is lacking. Poor contrast, dead pens, odd placement etc. Their terms clearly those are not cause for a return, so I live with it.

Thank you NJ, we strive to provide the best possible service and authentic products to the best our ability. Specific to the artist signature quality particularly when we are able to secure a sizeable quantity, there will be signing fatigue. Also, there are signing on a tight timeline to meet the new release date in most cases.

Steve, each time I've had issues the customer service has been terrible. TSL wants to sell but take 0 responsibility in helping the customer. 

My first issue with the site is when I ordered Paul Stanley signed cd. It said first 500 orders then first 1000. I ordered well before the first 500. Then the listing changed and you sold signed Cds. I got my order in, regular cd. I got no return or refund. It was essentially a bait and switch. 

Appreciate you providing the background. There will be times when an artist commits to a limited quantity and based on fan response, we will appeal with artist management and/or the label to consider signing more. Sometimes we are successful. this after we announce and start taking orders. That is what happened with Paul. Sorry you had that experience and not quite clear what happened. But it sounds like it sold out and you received and unsigned CD no return or refund. If you reach out to me one on one so I can connect directly, will try to make as right as possible for you. Hi Steve , Thanks for your reply . The matter was resolved but not very easily ,which should have been the case from the start . Talk shop live said to my cc company they would issue the credit as it was no fault of mine in regards to the situation . No credit was ever issued and the cc company closed it and issued me a full credit . Matter resolved , but alot of aggravation to get it resolved . This was the one and only issue with talkshop live ,but I have read in this thread a constant in regards to bad customer service and support . I do understand part of doing business is sometimes things happen and best way to resolve it in a timely manner ,will keep people buying from TSL . Thanks all the best
