Freddie Mercury signed photograph

Dear all, I got in touch with a German woman, who wants to sell a photograph signed by Freddie Mercury. She says her parents got it signed by him during a concert in the late '70's in Rotterdam (Netherlands). It has always been framed since then. Does anyone have any thoughts about this signature? Any help is much appreciated!
