I have just read through this entire thread and I must say it has been an extremely fascinating read. It has been quite a tutorial and I do believe that Socrates would be very pleased with it and each of its contributors, thus far.
My only question is - will it actually end with a conclusion/synthesis? I feel for the OP who must now be shedding ounces at an uncomfortable rate.
From a straight reading of the Terms I don't see how a satisfactory conclusion for Mr.Kite would be achieved. :-(
I expressed concern in the first post. Others have as well. Indeed, as more information came to light some opinions changed. That is good I think? I also share the concerns you expressed.
I had to look several times for that mention - I never saw it. I have been focused on the Terms and how they may be interpreted since they were mentioned. My concerns really got going started on page 3. Then those Terms...
"You will not find the beatles fingerprints on any of the three items."
I wouldn't expect to.
The bottom example are the genuine 1964 signed autographs of Ringo and Paul. No doubt in my mind.
