If it's not a print, I think it's genuine from 1963.

Owner said the autographs were from the early 1960’s. 
what would a 1963 signed Beatles set go for if everything checks out!!! Tks

Looks like written on the back of an envelope. Make sure it's live ink if you purchase. Always be wary of expensive items in fancy frames.

Another issue is how it’s mounted in the frame. How was it adhered to the backing?

This was very easy money for him. Style is genuine but the item seems to be a bad print.
