Local seller.  Said obtained in person along with Mariah Carey.  I want one for my collection but unsure if it's legit

Asking 725$ cash

Asked if he'd take 550$ and he said no.  Settled on 650$.   Don't have time to send to PSA.  OPINIONS please 🙏
