Rolling Stones full set

Seller shows this signed sheet along with an envelope postmarked London in 1966.  What do you guys think?  Secretarial?  Thanks in advance.

I agree with Keith Spoon. Rare that The Stones would answer fan mail in 1966. Secretarial. The Brian Jones is a dead giveaway.
