A very nice set of signatures from the Beatles last residency in Hamburg.  Signed December 25, 1962.

According to the Beatles Bible, they didn’t perform on the 25th. The autographs are supposed to be from the Christmas dinner in which they ate horse steaks. LOL

They have it wrong because they think "English".

It was Dec 24th to be closed.

Difficult to find out. They ate breakfast at various snacks but likely on that day they were separately at private parties around the day. Thats why my personal guess is that it is unlikely they were there that day - at least at a group.

In addition it is unlikely to get autographs there as mentioned above.

It is documented that they did have dinner at the seamans mission.

A another Liverpool group. King Size Taylor and the Dominoes  were resident at The Star club at the same time.

They ate the Christmas lunch with the band. However, the food wasn’t what either group were expecting.

The minister attached to the Mission said, ‘Would anyone like to say grace?’ and George in his wonderful deadpan way said, ‘Yes, thank Christ for the soup.’ The minister said, ‘Any more of that and you’re all out.’ We ate steaks and we found out later that they were horse steaks. We’d eaten a horse for Christmas.

Thanks for the update. 

Mark Lewisohn has the wrong info on that one. It makes more sense that the pay would be collected by John on a work day than they're day off.

There’s actually a recording on YouTube that’s said to be from the 25th. If it’s correct that the dinner took place on their day off, then the forger mislabeled the set in the OP based on the online info.
