Clay -  The scan provided cuts off the left section of the letter.  I'm just curious.  Does it have initials like this from these two other Governor's letters?

Perhaps member Andreas Wiemer will see this.  Andreas literally wrote the book on Roosevelt's autograph with his signature study of FDR.
