Frank Sinatra, Yul Brynner and Juan Garcia Esquivel Signed Stardust Casino napkin. Circa. 1960’s.

Frank Sinatra is a wonderful fellow. When he was performing in Las Vegas he used to go to my show and bring another artist with him. He went with Shirley MacLaine, he went with Barbra Streisand, and he took Yul Brynner. I remember that one time I was walking out of my dressing room. I had to walk through the lounge to go to the restaurant, and to my surprise Frank and Yul Brynner were there. And Frank said to Yul Brynner, "Hey, here's our boy," and pointed at me. Obviously, I went there and shook hands with both of them. Frank was so boisterous with my music and everything. I would always know if Sinatra was at my show because he would write on a napkin, "Hey, Juan, play 'Bye Bye Blues.' " And he would sign, "Frank." Finally bought a 10 x 8 'The Beyond' photo signed by Catriona MacColl, from XP Autographs.

To be mounted with my David Warbeck signed card that I've had for years.

The Warbeck is from one of those times at '90s conventions where if you caught him at a quiet moment, and chatted over coffee, he'd sign full packs of index cards for you. No charge.

A class act, sadly long passed, and something I doubt that happens much at current conventions.
