Thats awesome, guess the price isn't terrible considering what they charge for signings anymore at conventions, and its a cool print. Thought about keeping the print and selling the vinyls... Think I'll have to pass on it though.
If you're more after a John Carpenter signature over the actual product,
Plenty signed by him and wife Sandy King at their Storm King Comics site, signed comics starting at $10

Awesome thanks! I got one thru the mail years ago but I'm pretty positive all his TTM signatures were secretarial back then (pretty sure his wife signed them if I remember right). Always kinda wanted a cool Halloween print signed, but for the money the comics can't be beat. Are those all signed by him (not secretarial)? I'm not an expert on his signature by any means.
I think so, but am no expert on him either,
Storm King typically sets up at bigger comic conventions too selling their wares, and his wife is sometimes at the booth to talk to.
Carpenter, his son Cody, and band are fun to see in concert playing his movie themes too, if ever performing nearby.
Ill have to compare them to the secretarial one I have and some authentic ones and see if i can notice a difference, and do a bit of research. I would have liked one of the "They Live" boxes they were selling too. wish I seen those before they sold out. Love that movie.
That would be cool to see him play the movie themes. Ill have to keep an eye out on his shows. If I remember right, I think I read he sometimes signs at his shows too if you catch him at the right time.
I'm thinking like you, buy for the print and sell the vinyl, but it would still end up being something like $80 spent after the hassle just for the print. There are 91 left currently and probably won't last too much longer. I tried coupons but nothing works for this item. I want to pass but I'm a sucker for horror franchise items.
I just checked again before submitting this reply and it's now at 86. Probably going to let fomo take control and grab one. Edit: Only 53 left of the unsigned version limited to 700. Would the vinyl with signed print removed be worth more than I expect once these sell out? I rarely sell off vinyl like this but it worked well for me with Roger Waters earlier this year.
I can't find any info about secretarial signatures of John in the past. Any chance you could post an example or link more info? I have an index card signed decades ago with a fuller signature. Never questioned it until now. I found a similar example online below so I didn't have to pull mine out
If i remember right it was this same photo (link below) with the JC initials signature, so maybe its real. I havent looked at it in years so I'll have to get it out and take some pics. I never displayed it because I always thought it was secretarial... but maybe I was wrong. Ive just had it stored in my autograph book. I'm guessing I seen something about being secretarial on a FB TTM autograph group, but very possible it was someone else I'm thinking of.
I have one of those same note card autographs lol. That guy must've been a hell of a collector, much more organized than me also lol.

Not sure if you seen it, or already tried, but if you sign up for their emails you can get 10% off first order. It at the bottom of the page.
Edit: sold out now.
Wow these are going fast. 3 left.. that's the first coupon I tried. It gives the code 10NowWeRise10 which works on other items but not this one.
I'm going to do a bit of digging on Carpenter to see if I can find anything more. He's one that I just blindly trusted. You have me questioning him a bit even if these are real. It's always good to go through the motions.
This listing mentions the secretarial signatures. I thought i remembered people saying any TTM were secretarial around the time I got it.
Mine wasn't even in my autograph book where I keep all my legit autographs that I don't have space to display, so there must've been a reason I didnt put it in there... and normally I display all my horror autographs. I have an entire wall of horror. So he would have definitely been up there if I thought it was real. Its probably been 6-7 years since I got it so hard to remember everything. But Its probably still in the envelope in my closet. Id have to dig it out.
Kinda regret not getting this one, I really liked that print, but makes me feel a bit better if no coupons were working.
