Paul, George & Ringo Signed Slip of Paper

Supposedly signed in March 1963 after the Beatles played Colston Hall, Bristol. Any thoughts on this set?

Signatures look good as long as its not a copy hidden behind a frame.

Interesting estimate of 600-800 GBP. How would you convince an auctioneer a forgery is "deliberate?" Nothing about framed items in the Terms. Just outs. No condition report. Odd.
