This is the response i got back from Warner AUS

Dear Darren,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand you’re seeking a refund for your recent pre-order of 'luck … or something – signed cd'.

As outlined in our Returns Policy, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or “wrong item” purchases once the transaction is complete. This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, where businesses aren't required to provide a refund if a customer simply changes their mind or makes an incorrect choice. Our refund policy is primarily designed to cover instances where a product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description provided. None of these are applicable here.

Notwithstanding the above, we always want our customers to be happy with their experience and as a gesture of goodwill and on a non-precedent setting basis, we can provide you with refund in this instance. However, as the products have shipped, if you'd like to proceed with a refund, once you have received the product you will need to return it to Merch Fan so that the refund can be processed. For more information on the returns process please contact Merch Fan at onlineorders@merchfan.com.au.

Please let us know how you’d like to proceed and if you have any further questions.

Best regards,
WMA Store

Send them links to this discussion and all the other links to reddit and social media showing that these are all autopen. Explain in detail how they did not send you the item which you purchased. You should not have to pay anything out of pocket for shipping. If I were you, I would take offense to this. My reply would be unprofessional to say the least. They state how they are doing you a favor when im sure by now they are fully aware of this situation and understand exactly what is going on

Dont let them turn this around on you like its your fault somehow. Provide examples and make a case. Send attachments. Pictures of your item next to the same signature on a screen from this forum or something similar. Get creative.. but also, maybe wait for others to respond who are dealing with that store tand see what they say

Hi Jason,

In my original email i showed them the photos of mine and photos of others around the world that had the exact same autopen signatures. I showed them the reddit page and gave them the link and that was the response i received after all the proof i gave them. Let's just say my follow up email had a lot of emotion in it.

I am sure along with all that other Australian law stuff they sent you they forgot to mention the law that is made for the people when it comes to false advertisement which is how these were sold. Perhaps they changed their minds and just didn't want to sell authentic autographed items when they had the autopen versions already on hand.

I emailed them a couple days ago, but I have not heard anything. Has anyone else heard anything?

They all look a bit duff......

Whenever someone else puts an extraordinary effort onto tricking everyone while everyone is aware its a blatant lie. We should say they Duffed it.. new term.

Jason H "Duffed it" is really good.! "Dylaned it" would work too!

Perhaps "Duffed it" will be for female autopen cheats and

"Dylaned it" will be for male autopen cheaters!

JJ

Haha I like the way you think. Although this is actually a new level. First time I've ever heard someone implying hand cramps from all the autopen use

Yesterday Talkshoplive responded to an email I sent a week prior. They also responded to another member. It seems they will be willing to process returns but its wait and see.. im currently waiting for their prepaid return label.. once its finally sent, we also have to be sure they process the refund after delivery. I think you will get a reply in time. Hang in there.

My TSL order just arrived. Haven't opened it yet. My post office will let me drop it back off as refused. Wondering if thats the best option for a charge back if TSL doesn't refund. Wondering if anyone is doing the same

In British English, duff (adjective) informally describes something as broken, useless, faulty, or of poor quality
