I have noticed a few releases lately from both Roughtrade and Resident (and other stores) have been UK only. I use a reshipper when stores don't ship outside of the country. It costs a bit more for postage (a bit extra in handling and some reshippers collect the GST for Australia) but if it's a must have book/sig, then I bite the bullet.

UK Book Tour too (looks like an interview, audience Q&A, book included, though not signed).

Still no love for the US yet (maybe Barnes&Noble for Black Fri)
