Has anyone tried this Verimarx Ai tool that's advertised on this site?

Was wondering if anyone here has used it here and had it work well? I can't find much information on this tool, supposedly it detects forgeries, just wanted thoughts on it.

OF COURSE! As I mentioned, the better the scan...the more accurate the result. But again...VeriMarx scores for this as well. I would simply suggest you give it a shot. It takes less than 3 minutes.

Thank you but I never use any of these services. I like to play my part of the the game myself. That is the fun of collecting IMO. Buying an example is the last part. Learning and selecting true quality is a chance for self expression in the collection. I do not buy, sell or recommend anything with a freeloading advertisement sticker on it. I view that as damage.

Eric,

Well while I appreciate your stance...it seems that your vast knowledge and collection could help other collectors gain knowledge and expertise through the use of what is essentially a smart..easily accessible tool that is becoming  a repository of information. The feedback we've received thus far has described it as "addicting". In any case..thank you for your feedback.

The beauty of VeriMarx is that people can learn to authenticate better. Not just a particular subject's autograph. They can learn how to identify things to look for on every autograph.

By helping train VeriMarx with exemplars and feedback, you're helping educate and protect thousands of collectors. Not only helping them determine authenticity, but helping them become more enthusiastic and engaged collectors.

Most welcome. Thank you. You have access to a many of my exemplars in the link I posted. There are at least 57 there (and the secs and forgeries). There is also a huge Gleason thread that has more written detail - the link is just images mostly, and then the secretaries by name and date period. I managed to remove all the secs and forgeries leaving the two remaining authentic shown at the PSA Gleason Facts Page. I can't recall who I wrote to. Brian someone..? Anyway, I would like to send the same data for the Honeymooners PSA Facts Page. As I mentioned, it currently has more secretarials and forgeries than authentic exemplars!

No, "absolute perfection" would preclude necessary growth - that is undesirable. Always learning...

And THAT..my friend ..is the endeavor and the goal.... I do hope you can contribute, as it would greatly enhance our collective project.

Hi Dominick.

I have been testing the VeriMarx system with interesting results. It appears to have picked up on a Tom Selleck secretarial, and it identified an unknown autograph on a 1956 dinner menu I have (John Wayne is the major subject). Everything else checks out.

Peter,

Thank you for the feedback and the submissions. It all helps significantly.

So, what is "RelicVision" and what is this "Base44" thing? I do not claim to know. I don't know what to make of the varied online reviews either. Anyone know?

Eric,

Base44 is the basic initial AI application building tool  where many tech companies such as ourselves begin their development process. RelicVision is also an application we've developed to assist collectors and auction venues in valuation, identification, and cataloging of items and collections. It's fun, free, and informatve.

Thank you very much Dom. Can it gauge great placement or strong contrast, or a "full signature opposed to an IP "rush?"
