Has anyone have any experience with his QO service? What is the normal turnaround time for a request? I know he is an active member here, but i cant seem to get his attention on 2 emails. I paid the $15 service on Wednesday morning and I have not received any response at all or at least an auto reply if he is away.

Just curious what your experience is with him.

What was the item?  If it's a Beatles item I answered it twice.  Maybe your email blocked me?

This issue has been resolved.  Apparently, my email blocked Roger's incoming email responses.  Thanks Roger for clearing this up. 

Roger does always reply to me when I pay him, also, he doesn't visit this site anymore due to the fact he sometimes received unwanted criticism!

Speaking of Roger, does he no longer certify for R&R?  I was looking at some of their recent music items and I don't see his name anymore as the authenticator.

I was looking at their music yesterday and he was on all the rock I looked at.

On Sunday I paid for 3 quick opinions, on items i already own. and Roger responded in less than an hour each time.

Although I kind of wish I hadn't As it was all bad news.

No seriously, I will make use of his expertise again.

Only next time before i bleeding buy the thing..

Wondering about this in 2026... waiting on an answer.

He has always got back to me quickly, never more than 48 hours.

Roger is on holiday right now, however, and will get back into the office on the 17th. He has said he will try to answer emails, but that it will likely be slower than usual.
