I have been collecting Star Wars autographs since 1998.  Not all of my signatures are on Star Wars memorabilia.  For example, when I met Warwick Davis at a comic convention in New York City, I had him sign a Willow photograph.  I also have publicity photos of Sir Alec Guinness and Christopher Lee from the 1970s, and a Natalie Portman signed The Diary of Anne Frank theater poster from her performance on Broadway back in 1998.  My current wish list includes Peter Cushing, Terence Stamp and John Williams.  I am interested in knowing about the collections and wish lists of other members.

There is nothing better than a personalization.  I love how the tails of the "B" and "S" resemble the "H" in Hamill.  And an Empire photo as well.  Very nice Mr. Zipper.

Thanks... yes, I love that it is personalized to me. :-)

When I was heavy into mail requests 15 years ago or so, I always tried to select photos that had plenty of light background. Pretty much so no matter where the person signed, I'd get a nice looking result. You can see it on this Hamill and the James Earl Jones I posted.

I'm working my way through some albums scanning, so I will have more to add in the next day or so.

James Earl Jones TTM

New York Comic Con just announced that Ian McDiarmid will be in attendance.

Very cool. He won't be cheap, that's for sure! But he will still get a lot of attention. Hopefully they don't switch this to a private signing - I believe that's what happened at C2E2.

When Richard Dreyfuss attended they separated him on an upper level floor and ran a separate line for him.  I arrived early so I was quick to get his signature and then was able to go downstairs for others.  Hopefully it will be just as easy but I hear things have gotten chaotic at New York in recent years.

I was at NYCC 2 years ago and it as insanely crowded on Saturday. You could barely move. I may go this year but I'm thinking maybe Friday.

Not all guests are there every day.  That's the problem.  I think two years ago was the first one of this kind and it was very unorganized.  I could be wrong.  Last year they sold a limited number of tickets to prevent the chaos from repeating itself.  Tickets are still available to pre-order now but they did sell out last year.

Whoa!  That is kind of crazy considering he just did his 1st public signing for the SW celebration.

Lack of work I suppose.  He must have made some good money signing there.  Too bad Liam Neeson is still in high demand as an actor.

Here is an authentic Kenny Baker and I sent it to Carrie Fisher TTM sometime back in the 90s. I presume this is a secretarial Fisher. Can anyone confirm? Thanks.

Yes Mr. Zipper.  That is a secretarial.  I believe at one time her mother was signing them.  I love the "Bleep!" by the way.  I wish that he did that on my trading card.
