He was.  I see U2 trash from that forger frequently.  Pretty easy to spot now given how many of these he's done.

I might be wrong, but I believe the source of these is the Autograph Store.

It may be annoying that I keep saying that "it stinks" in the video, but since I don't normally burn photos I had no idea how bad it would smell. I mean it smelled unbelievably bad.
