Welcome to the forum Shane, you've posted it in the correct place :)

I don´t think this is genuine...but I could be wrong here. I´m sure others will chime in shortly.

Not authentic. Looks not unlike the hand of one of the rareandsigned forgers from the UK.
The Brian has a 1990s-2000 style B attempt while the May was a decent attempt at a 1980s style. The J in John is not even closex but the Deacon is one of the better attempts I've seen. But the Freddie is absolutely awful. Fre is wrong. DD is wrong (even for a rushed piece). Very very rarely in the 1980s, but Freddie ever dot the i in his name with a simple dot. Normally, it was more of a dash. His hand would be moving too swiftly by then. Even in the 1970s, youd see the circle for the dot, and not just a simple period style dot. Not genuine.

Thanks for the expert opinions ! I'm very glad I didn't waste my money it would have been a costly mistake to make. Your assumption is spot on regarding source. I am really keen to get a Freddie autograph, where should I be looking ? Thanks again to everyone.

Ferdy (Queenmuseum) is one of the world's greatest Queen autograph collectors. He isn't usually into selling his pieces (they were a part of a queen memorabilia exhibit in Italy promoted by Brian on his social media) but he is very food at giving his opinion on genuine pieces. When in doubt, reach out to him. Genuine pieces do exist, but they are generally pretty hard to come by. 99% of eBay is fake for queen. Rareandsigned is basically 99.99% fakes for queen. Sometimes on eBay.co.uk, there pops up a genuine piece. Currently on there, there is a genuine signed Freddie photo of him from the Barcelona photo shoot. Wearing a blue suit, no mustache. The price is far too much for Freddie alone. That's why it's still for sale. Something like 2k GBP. There's another on the American eBay that has The Game album signed by Freddie and matted with a ticket stub that is also genuine but the sig is almost totally gone, and the price is almost insulting for Freddie alone. Another 1.5k american or something close to that. Real ones do exist. Just keep an eye out.
I agree with Above message. Bad Fakes.
Not real!

It's like when people used to debate "Not everything Coach's Corner sells is fake" Then they'd point out a Bobby Shantz signed index card

Getting a genuine Brian is like shooting a fish in a barrel. That's not difficult or expensive. Getting a genuine Freddie....your chances of finding a genuine Freddie on rareandsigned are basically nonexistent.
