I have been collecting Star Wars autographs since 1998.  Not all of my signatures are on Star Wars memorabilia.  For example, when I met Warwick Davis at a comic convention in New York City, I had him sign a Willow photograph.  I also have publicity photos of Sir Alec Guinness and Christopher Lee from the 1970s, and a Natalie Portman signed The Diary of Anne Frank theater poster from her performance on Broadway back in 1998.  My current wish list includes Peter Cushing, Terence Stamp and John Williams.  I am interested in knowing about the collections and wish lists of other members.

Thanks Pete.

Pete, what do you estimate the value of these photos to be?  I know I got a good deal, I'm just curious.

What did you pay for them, Mike? Is like to know what your idea of a good deal is.

$1300 for the both of them.  I would estimate $1000 each at auction with the rarity of Guinness multi signed items on the market, but I'm curious to know what you guys think.. maybe I didn't get a good deal?

I hope never to have to sell one, but we'll see how finances are the coming weeks with Celebration in April.

$650 each is an incredible price Mike T.  Congratulations.

Thanks Mike, I'm very excited about them.

You got a great deal, I'd call it a 2fer.

The last canyon shot I sold was $1250, and I only have 2 left, and they will not leave me for less than $1250 a pop.

This is what you call being in the right place at the right time, and being thankful that Uncle Pete isn't really buying SW stuff at the moment.

Thanks Pete, both for the info and for holding off on buying them :)

Just wanted to share this Alec Guinness autograph with you, which I have just bought from a german collector.

Very nice A.B.

While we are on the topic, Celebrity Authentics just announced a pre order for a signing with Harrison that will go live on May 4th. Expect to pay a whole bundle, but it is a rare opportunity to get a personalized photo or a nice sit down ford on a poster.

Hopefully this Ford signing goes better than their last one with him.
