First, let me say that I did not purchase this item, although I would love to own anything signed by the greatest group in music history (still love Mick and the Stones too, though).

The piece has several flaws. It is light years away from "mint" condition. There is substantial and thick tape residue around it. The Ringo part is attached. So it's actually the Fab Three + 1. There appears to be enhancement (tracing over) of the George.

Anyway, the buyer got this for $3100, although it comes up $3599. The best offer accepted price was actually $3100. This is an item that I considered, but didn't have the immediate funds.

So I'm just curious. What do you think of this item? It's authenticated by Frank Caiazzo. So that's a plus. And what do you think of the price? It's hard to find all four in any condition at that price, even probably with the stated flaws. Here's a link, and there are some pics below.

I think that was overpriced for the condition, especially as the main page is only signed by three and Ringo's is on a separate piece. John's signature goes through the tape marks.

Not appealing at any price.

yuck! Is this the memorabilia vaults that have been mentioned in other threads?  A pair of M J gloves up for sale there

Yup, pretty ugly, huh? Not very desirable, but I'd probably have paid $1500 just to have all four. But $3100 is probably a bit much.

I think its a pretty high price for this condition especially the tape coloration. The truth is that Frank Caiazzo authentication adds a lot of value to the price of Beatles autographs, without that I think the seller wouldn't have achieved close to that price, on the plus side his authentication is excellent.
