JSA certified Charlton Heston

From what I have learned from this site about Charlton Heston's autograph I am surprised to see that JSA certified this one.

It may pre-date 2011 when the study was released. I think it's unlikely that it would be certed today.

I agree I do not think either PSA or JSA would certify the Heston ones today.  Steve do you know if they date their certificates now?  I know for simple COAs they only used to give a card with the number of the item.
