2nd one looks fishy.
They are not exact but sure does look like somebody copied from the first example.
It's true that they aren't exact, but they're definitely the same signatures.
An "auction-house" in the UK. (They are actually just using and online bidding site, if you google their address it comes up to a residential area). There are a few other complaints on Google about them selling forgeries.

Parr recently joined our forum HERE and did the spin and blame maneuver on everything he was called out on for MJ forgeries... and is even dumb enough make an excuse for a drawing of Michael going off to Disney heaven after his death that is "signed by MJ".
It appears that the page has been pulled from the auction.

We thought we'd drop in. We regularly check things, and noticed the similarities of the autographs from this other autographed page we found on google, so we pulled it out of the auction before you put this up. Now one can't tell which one is the genuine one but we decided we didn't want it being too similar.
Sad you had to pretend you were a consigner of Jimi Hendrix pieces. Do some charity work it is a lot more useful than pulling examples off line.
