I doubt it as well, especially in looking at the "John" portion.

That autograph does not look right. Here is the same photo from my collection/trade list signed by John in September 1966 while filming How I won the war in Germany. Signed for a member of the staff and checked by Caiazzo and Tracks. Lennon carried those pics with him and there are a few known - some signed by Aspinall, too. On Heritage there is another one signed for the hairdresser who cut Johns army hairdo.
