Wow...never seen that before. That's something the NFL can remove thru their VeRO program, but we would not be able to notify eBay of since it doesn't involve autographs.

Just an afterthought. I joined this site 3 days ago. What an education!!

The way I found this "offering" was I was searching online for a way to verify an "Offiial NFL merchandise" serialized label on a mini helmet package. There apppears to be no way I could to do this as far as I could find.

Therefore, part of the whole sham is to make serialized, hologram labels which are completley untrackable anyway.

Or, as I become more cynical, am I just not aware of the proper place to look?

I've already emailed the league, who said their legal team is looking into it.   I can't imagine they'd be too thrilled to know that an ebay seller is empowering sellers/producers of knockoffs.
