Your opinions on this McCartney please!

I found this piece on line.. it has potential.. but I'm not 100% convinced it's legit..

Opinions / Insight would be appreciated.  I was told it was signed in Reno, Nevada in 2005 - I understand that history/backstory doesn't necessarily make it legit.
