Yes...he hated the nickname, Bugsy.
But that supposed autograph is spelled S-E-I-G-E-L....not S-i-e-g-e-l.
I'm pretty sure he would have been able to spell his own last name.
Good catch. This is just awful.
Below is supposedly what his signature should look like.
That's the first Al Capone I've seen that looks like it was signed with a Sharpie! Must be worth six-figures!
Looks more like Al Cap than Al Capone.
What is being done here is probably as much as we can do. Unless the show promoter pulls the plug. At least, members here are aware and quite possibly somebody searches the Internet and discovers they have been ripped off there is not much anyone can do. Local law enforcement probably has too little knowledge to take immediate action nor does the wheels of justice turn quickly on this type of situation. It takes much investigative work to break a forgery operation.
I wish you good luck with that. Hopefully, common sense will win in this situation. I applaud your effort!
Do that and you get our hero of the day award.
They had Sharpies when Dillinger was alive? I've got to polish up on my history!
As much as I think you're right about the autographs you attribute to the Art of Music, I have to be frank: I didn't think that Millionaire Gallery was any better until recently.
He called them garbage because they are. The Fords are fake.
At least one Hamill is fake, top 2 Bakers are fake, and the entire Force awakens poster piece is fake.
I have seen the items signed for Disney and Lucasfilm, and those sir are not them.
