Michael Jackson drawings (Miscell inc. 'Historic portraits' and 'Disney characters')

I'm noticing a sudden influx of MJ signed Michael Jackson drawings coming on to the auction market, which seem to share the common themes of either 'portraits of historical figures'  or 'Disney characters'.

Both of these themes are of course recognised from Michaels' drawings both at a young age and later in life, but it is interesting that so many new drawings are being released on to the market at the same time.

Here are some current examples:

I wonder if the original artist knows that her signature was removed, and that someone else's  signature was added?  Magically converting a $19 drawing sold on ebay to a £1000 drawing for sale on Invaluable ?   (Oh yes, and  a bit of red crayon was scribbled into the background to make the drawing look different).

(Ref: Simon Parr Auctions , this thread, see Supremes drawing in Invaluable auction listing from 'Wednesday' post .  This particular fake may not be listed for sale any more, but plenty more are still listed.....)

Simon Parr profile drawing (blue ink) for 27th March 16 auction (Lot 105, £10 start)

Extraordinary how, seven years after Michael's death, these drawings look brand new.  Almost as if they could have been drawn yesterday!

Good to see that the original artist is being properly credited with genuine drawings in this Simon Parr sale:

Which is ironically a copy of the (fake) Mickey drawing on Simon Parr's Auction from 17 Oct 2015.  Maybe Mr Parr should sue.......???

lol one is certified by PSA and then there's a coa by MJ himself with the item

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rare-huge-Michael-Jackson-signed-framed-PSA...

Item number 252318084582

That COA has a smorgasbord of Michael Jackson characteristics spanning 3 decades. I've never seen anything like it.

More 'copy drawings' of fakes with signatures from romartenuova:

1. tweety $49.00 start

2. Dancing Mickey $49 start

There is also a copy of the Walt Disney fake drawing mentioned earlier in this thread:

Simon Parr 17th April 2016, £100 start, Malcolm X

More from 'romartenuova'.  $52 start for this copy.

Sadly both original artist and copier are 'April Fools'.

This one is an Erick "copy" maybe should put it in his file?

and from maria_butterfly0152 on ebay uk, at £2675 (LOAs are not shown):

This auction is for a beautiful sketch on cardboard, drawn and signed (+ initials) by the greatest of all time - MICHAEL JACKSON.

It shows a bearded, aged man with hat. It has been drawn and signed with a black marker on grey, thick cardboard sized (approx) 28 x 21 centimetres.
You'll also find his signed initials "MJ" on lower left.

This awesome artwork has not been dated. I don't know the exact date of creation, I guess it has been done between 2000 and 2004.

This stunning piece comes with two letters for its authenticity (issued by AMA and Epic). But I recommend to do your own research before bidding. Please compare this artwork to other well-known drawings done by Michael's hand.
I can't tell you much about where and when it was drawn, maybe you're able to find out more during your research.
