Robert Morley, a British character actor who died about 25 years ago.

Humphrey Heathcote, another English character actor. Not sure about the other one.

Francis L. Sullivan, another English character actor.

I wasn't able to figure out these rest, and I have no idea about authenticity. However, it seems this is an autograph book of perhaps English stage actors, some of whom made the jump to film. That being said, a few of the names might be a bit more obscure, even if you can identify them.
