I'd like this but I don't like the fact that neither the title nor description says anything about it being signed even though the photo says autographed. I wrote them just to make sure and if they confirm then I'm in. Thanks

Thanks for posting. I was looking at the $50 cassette earlier. Limited to 200 but only 75 have a signed postcard. Im not taking a chance with that one

This time, it paid to buy first and ask questions later. I wish I had purchased 2 instead of 1 but im really excited to have even 1 copy for retail. These are stand up guys! Here's the message they sent out.

Dear Envy Of None Fans-

We want to apologize for the mistaken listing on the new Envy Of None EP “That Was Then.”

Unfortunately, there were no plans for an autographed version of this new EON ep.  There was an error on our website tagging the EP as autographed that we were not aware of.

Because this was a mistake on our part, the band has graciously agreed to sign copies of the EP, but we are limiting the sales of the autographed EP to two per fan at the original list price of $24.99.

If you ordered more than two, we will refund you the cost of the additional copies and the additional shipping charges.  You should receive an email from us notifying you of any changes made to your order.  Please be advised that refunds can take 5-7 days to show up in your account. We plan to start processing these refunds on Monday, April 24th.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  If you would like to cancel your order outright, please reply to this email or email me at greg@manicmerch.com.

Please also be aware that we may not be able to ship the autographed copies until after the street date due to the time it takes to get these signed by all the members of Envy Of None.

We will add non-autographed copies of the EP to the store once we have everything sorted.  We may also add more autographed copies, but they will be at a higher price than $24.99.

Again, many apologies for the mistake on our part, and thank you for supporting Envy of None!
