The image is blurry so if it was likely real you could never know for sure from that photo. But this is not close to a real Keith Richards in my opinion. I don't need a sharp image to tell that.

I agree. I thought it might be interesting in some way, because it is framed expensively. It was difficult to take a a picture of it. Would be nice unsigned, why bother faking an autograph? Well, for money, of course  - but it really ruins a nice piece.
