Two things. First, I TOTALLY understand the anger. God, I have been burned bad on some items and lost thousands. It kills me. So yeah, please...I say we let anybody vent that wants to. And he kind of has a point. People...please, let's refrain from purchasing when we can. SO much bad forgeries out there. Let's collect because we love it, not pay for these forging jerks out there.

Second, thanks for starting this thread. IT gets so boring just to have thread where people ask "Is this Beatles set real?" or whatever. Let's do more fun threads like this!!!!

I'd take THE DOORS, but if we're talking $10,000....and...for this fictionally thing to work, we KNOW FOR A FACT, the item we are purchasing is real, I'd go with:

Signed album by Led Zeppelin; in fact, I'd take a signed album by any classic rock band that I like, that's worth that (but not many that would cost 10K)

I'd go with a movie poster signed by the cast -- but not sure what would be in the 10k price range. I'd first go with ANY poster signed by Marlon Brando. A Godfather poster, but if that were signed by the entire cast, it'd be a fortune. I'll take one signed by Brando -- and then I'd hunt down the rest of the cast to get it signed.
