antiquities discussion.

sorry for all who wanted to see mine photo from ''antiquities'' which i think is authentic...why? i did compare the jodie foster with other examples and could not find anything wrong and the ''de niro'' is more difficult but found some other autographs from him signed the same way. now your answers would be that forgery's are mend to be looking the same as authentic ones but again i did not get the feeling i was buying a forgery.

this is my one that was obtained in-person, does look like the style signature you have which is the better signature from him compared to what you see now from him.

hello katothemaster, i can't contact you directly because replying is out of order so try it this way. posting mine photo's is from a other discussion where antiquities autographs have a name of only selling forgery's but you think the deniro on the photo with jodie foster does look good from what you can see ?.

Hi Rob,

I don't really know Jodie Foster's signature, but the deniro from an first glance does look promising. But you have to understand that his signature is quite easy to Forge. Plus coming from a company with not the best reputation of selling genuine autographs if any..that would always be on my mind.

Have you thought of getting the item checked over by an 3rd party Authenticator?.

I know of that company and from what signatures I have seen from what I know of all don't look rite and look off.

I only took a peek but the Foster seems atypical/loops/backwards slant etc.

thanks for your answer kato, i surely know about their reputation and what i see on their site is that the signed posters don't look good.i personaly like their framed items and some of them are authenticated by psa. i also saw 2 back to the future items and could not find anything wrong...yes when you have a bad name than it's hard to get rid of it. i think they sell to tourists the most and they don't know what's good or bad.
