SAPPHIRE INVESTMENT RESERVES (WAS PRESTIGE COLLECTIBLES) HAS 10,000 FAKE FORGED ITEMS

Top musicians and artists memorabilia

BRIAN BURKEL JUST CHANGED THE NAME OF HIS  SITE FOR THE TENTH TIME !

PLEASE REPORT THIS SITE TO YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL

If you PURCHASED a forged autograph from SAPPHIRE INVESTMENT RESERVES, don't send it back and let him charge you 20% or 50% restocking fee. All you have to do is a chargeback with your credit card company. You will get all of your money back including postage. Then you can mail the item back to the forgery crook. HE ALREADY HAS BEEN THROWN OUT BY PAYPAL.

I am impressed by the amount of money this crooked dealer Brian Burkel ......

https://sapphire-investment-reserves.com/

SAPPHIRE INVESTMENT RESERVES  OR PRESTIGE COLLECTIBLES AND GIFTS or AUTOGRAPH AUTHENTICATION STORE  spends on advertising.

It seems that Brian Burkel keeps changing the name of his company---it previously was  AUTHENTIC AUTOGRAPHS, MMP COLLECTIBLES AND MANY MORE ALIASES=== plus he changes the the url to his forged autograph store every month. THIS WAY WHEN HE STARTS GETTING BAD REVIEWS ON SEARCHES, HE WIPES HIS SLATE CLEAN. I suspect that his spending  is over $30,000.00 per month in google shopping ad clicks according to a former employee of Burkel's who has contributed posts to this site..

ONE WAY TO PUT BRIAN BURKEL....  PRESTIGE COLLECTIBLES OUT OF BUSINESS IS ECONOMICALLY. JUST GO TO HIS SITE EVERY DAY AND CLICK ON FIVE ITEMS . DO IT ON DIFFERENT COMPUTERS IF POSSIBLE. I SUSPECT THAT HE IS PAYING AT LEAST FIFTY CENTS PER CLICK TO GOOGLE PRODUCT LISTING ADS. IF ONE HUNDRED PEOPLE DO A GOOGLE SEARCH FOR ALMOST ANY MUSICIAN, YOU CAN CLICK ON HIS AD. THAT'S HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS THAT BURKEL WILL BE SHELLING OUT PER DAY AND THOUSANDS PER WEEK.

If one does a search on  CHROME google shopping for BOB DYLAN AUTOGRAPH ,you will find all 25 results lead to

https://sapphire-investment-reserves.com/product/bob-dylan-signed-h...

https://gr-8-gift.com/product/bob-dylan-signed-bob-dylans-greatest-...

OR

https://www.google.com/search?q=bob+dylan+autograph&rlz=1C1CHBF...

Here is Jimi Hendrix

https://sapphire-investment-reserves.com/product/jimi-hendrix-exper...

Burkel does not advertise for PAID clicks on Bing/ Microsoft so all searches must be on Chrome with GOOGLE SEARCH PRODUCT LISTING ADS

Please realize this works with almost any popular artist searches. Here are a few examples:

THERE ARE EIGHT COPIES OF THE SAME JOHNNY CASH AT SAN QUENTIN LP ON PRESTIGE AUTOGRAPHS--JUST $220.00...WOW, WHAT A BARGAIN !!=-

https://www.google.com/search?q=johnny+cash++autograph&rlz=1C1C...

beatles autograph..beatles autograph

So my point is that the forger Brian Burkel is spending literally tens of thousands of dollars every month in order to get clicks on google shopping.

A person can do a search for Jimi Hendrix Autograph and you can purchase it for $731.00...What a bargain

https://www.google.com/search?q=jimi+hendrix+autograph&rlz=1C1C...

You can do a search for the doors autograph with Jim Morrison

https://www.google.com/search?q=doors+autograph&rlz=1C1CHBF_enU...

and purchase the LP  for $500.00

Please note that the company does not accept paypal FAQ

Here is a beauty of Eric Clapton from SAPPHIRE INVESTMENT CONCERNS Autographs owned by MASTER FORGER BRIAN BURKEL ==ONLY $206.00:

One would think that the chargebacks from MASTERCARD AND VISA would have the company thrown off.

HERE IS CELINE DION ON SAPPHIRE INVESTMENT RESERVES AUTOGRAPHS SITE--ONLY $187.00

Here is the GUARANTEE that  https://sapphire-investment-reserves.com/customer-help/ offers:

"Yes, every item purchased from us comes with a Certificate of Authenticity guaranteeing it to be authentic. Each item has been authenticated by a 3rd party authenticator(s), and the user of the web site accepts the validity of the authentication at the time of purchase, and no other opinion of the validity of the autograph’s authentication is acceptable, or negotiable for any kind of consideration."

"Items ordered can be returned, no questions asked, within 120 days of sale. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if cancelled in first 30 days. An additional 10% restocking fee per month will be charged if cancelled after 30 days.

 All shipping charges are non-refundable.

IT SEEMS THAT THE AUTHORITIES ARE NOT GOING AFTER THIS GUY EVEN THOUGH THERE HAVE BEEN HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS TO STATE AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

Does anyone else have a suggestion to get rid of this menace who has been ripping off 'Moms and Pops"................not people who are on this site who have some degree of sophistication.

steve==my work has paid off.....burkel just changed the name of his site; don't forget to click!

I agree. This happened to me. I would never have suspected I was being taken advantage of. I am uneducated when it comes to autographs. I was trying to do something nice for my son and was taken advantage of. It’s very disheartening. I am attempting to get my money back.

Don't give up. So sorry this happened to you. Others here will know more about returns and hopefully chime in with additional advice. You are a great Mom :) that doesn't change.

Great work Bernard, your work is paying off. Sapphire Investment Reserves sounds like a dodgy scam - expect an email telling you that their unce died in a car crash and they need your bank account to get $25 million any day!

Dan:

Brian Burkel, the owner of Sapphire Investment Reserves is not stupid. If you google the word 'Sapphire', there is very strong SEO competition from Chase Bank and other heavy duty companies. I do not anticipate that Steve Cyrkin will be able to place a negative review on page one of google results.Take a gander at the results of 'sapphire investments', Dan:

In any case, thanks for your support and please go to google search and search for a musician and click twice a day on his site. It will cost Burkel about $1.00

Wow, a guitar signed by both Dylan and The Grateful Dead for less than $400! I clicked on a few...

Will=thanks for your support and please go to google search and search for a musician and click twice a day on his site. It will cost Burkel about $1.00 each day. If enough people on our site do that,it may hurt SAPPHIRE INVESTMENT RESERVES

Hi, it appears as if I have fallen victim to this lowlife. I, shamefully, thought I was getting a great deal on a Pearl Jam drum head for my son. I saw your website after getting a little suspicious that it was too good to be true. Attached are the emails he sent to me after I called him out on it. Any advice?

Stupid scare tactics. Get your money back.

If they provided you with a return label, use it. But be sure that signature is required. Add that service if you have to. Keep copies of everything. If they do not refund you promptly in FULL when the item is returned, then file a chargeback.

Act professionally and ignore the silly child-like threats. "We're going to dial 911 and report you for theft!" LOL  Dumb.

Agree with Eric, simple scare tactics. Tracked with signature, then follow up, and if no refund or they don't give the full amount go for the chargeback.

You can guarantee they won't call 911 - can you imagine the call! I'd like to report some stolen fake items! They use scaring as it works for some people but ignore it and you will win.

Bugsy:

1-Write to the Better Business Bureau

2-If you follow my past threads, you will ascertain that Brian Burkel keeps changing the names od his sites when he has too many complaints

3- You may file a chargeback as Brian Burkel already has been arrested for a felony more than once. This creep ain't calling the cops.

Here is one citation:

https://www.heraldnet.com/news/rock-fest-organizer-facing-felony-ch....

4-File the chargeback and ask for all your money back.Don't let Brian Burkel charge you 20% restocking fee. Ask for a label and mail the item back.

5-If enough people file chargebacks, Brian Burkel will not be able to get any company to process Visa or Mastercard. He already has been banned by Paypal and American Express

6- Do a google search for a musician and then click on his shopping ads at the top of the page two times per day.Ask all your friends and relatives to do the same. The criminal will lose fifty cents with each click.

7-File a criminal complaint at your local police station. File a criminal complaint in Las Vegas. Brian Burkel is a felon. He may be arrested

8-If you search all the companies that he has owned negatively mentioned on this site, you can make a folder to give to both police forces. Even the previous police reports and Burkel's photo is on this site.

9-Legally, you have a right to file a chargeback as Burkel wants to rip you off for 20% plus your postage cost. He is scared of chargebacks and that is one way to put him out of business.

10-Contact your state attorney general and the nevada attorney general. Also contact the Nevada District attorney. Brian Burkel has been in Prison and you will be preventing  the convict from selling forged Christmas Gifts to literally thousands of people

11- Brian Burkel spends over $10,000 per week on google shopping ads and is the # 1 forger in the United States. There have been many legal complaints. Join the club.
