The year is nearly over already, I think it's been a great one for collectors. What was the best deal of the year in your opinion? For me it was The Yardbirds / Eric Clapton @RT given the scarcity of his signature, the limited aspect of the release and the price.

Bono, it was a lottery but seems it worked out for everyone or at least a majority from Ireland and free delivery too.

I had the biggest happiest feeling when that arrived with the signed sticker when I opened the box.

one of mine arrived without the sticker.. my heart dropped for a second until I opened it to check.. I wonder if I should buy those reproduced stickers on ebay with the capitol S... HAHA kidding.. that would be insane..

100% RHCP and Def Leppard for me.

Music: Bono & Brian Johnson

Non-music: Stephen King signed Fairy Tale

Wow, how’d you get the Stephen King? My wife’s been asking for one of his for ages.

I dont want to list what was already mentioned but..

Lenny Kravitz book for $55 was a big one for me early in the year

Phenomenal year overall! I spent waaaay too much money $$$$$ !!!

My thanks to Kenny D,  Vamonos, and others who posted, as I would not have half of these without their impeccable scouting, sharing, listing and assistance!

*****JOKE OF THE YEAR:*****

Bob Dylan autopen !!!

Hey Jimmy... awesome list, my friend, you inspired me to write one too and it was so hard! Since I love ALL the autographs I got this year, but still, wanted to do a 'best of' anyway... Here's to another great year of collecting for all of us :)

Was a great year for collecting, here are some of my favorite autographs from this year:

-Zakk Wylde

-Fozzy

-Deep Purple

-Arch Enemy

-Foghat

-Ghost

-The Offspring

-FFDP

-Kreator

My misses:

-Def Leppard autographed LP, slept out on this one. Will probably buy from a re-seller at some point.

-Avril Lavigne signed CD, slept out on this one as well, but not important enough for me to buy at this point...

-RHCP signed CD, sold out way too fast, and I skipped it sincethen.

Joke of the year:

-Fake Bono signatures with a fake 'Signed Copy' sticker from an all-too-real seller!! I sent him a message telling him that his forgeries have been posted on this forum's hall of shame :P

nice list but Im going to save mine for the end of the year. Im sure there will be a new years post similar to last year.

anyways, we are all forgetting the biggest item to ever be posted on this forum.....

MAX CREEPS!!!!!!!

Anyone figured out who signed the vinyl?

Vinyl still seems to be on sale, signed...

Well done Yony Mark...now THAT is a nice list! Congrats!
