I have 1 with Amazon US, 2 with Amazon.fr, 3 with BAM and 2 with Indigo. I had 2 with B&N until they cancelled. I expect more cancellations. I need 3 in a best case scenario. I can live with 2. I am casting a wide net with this one.

I think Amazon will be longshots. So hoping I get at least 2 or 3 out of Indigo and BAM.

Still waiting, still to be charged, did receive both emails from Indigo. I expect the charge will hit Monday or Tuesday. Est. delivery is still on Dec. 7.

BAM finally responded and said mid-December, the way they said they were waiting on stock for the remaining pending orders makes it seem like some had shipped already but I haven't heard of anyone getting theirs yet and I don't see any on eBay in hand yet. my email said they were supposed to ship on 11/22

here was the response

"The warehouse is expecting a shipment of stock to arrive in mid-December for the remaining pending orders. Thank you for your patience!

Amazon cancelled my order without telling me. No email, nothing. I had just cancelled a cd order and was checking it in my "cancelled orders" and found Cormac McCarthy order in there!
