I would imagine. They normally have some stock available after signing appearances also. There's an email address on the page to contact them to make sure though.

Not likely, he stopped signing at events due to arthritis.

There's a series of these events for Patrick Stewart in October. Other organisers/ venues specifically state there won't be a signing.

In general, if the event does not state a signed book included there usually is none. Will Smith, Bono, Grohl all had events with a regular unsigned copy.
