Definitely looks good for $45, only thing I'd do if you're keeping the vinyl is switch out the the cheapo paper inner sleeve to a rice paper lined inner sleeve (Mofi, etc). Very nice though. Thank you to flowers for posting this.

Great advice with the rice paper. Ive read reviews on the cheaper ones a few years ago making records cloudy over time. The first time I was concerned about this was based on a brand purchased at walmart in-store. You want polyethylene and not PVC.
Anyways, swapping out for a rice paper insert is the first thing I do whenever I receive a vinyl. I also stock up on these dual pocket outer protectors. They are super clear and work great. The vinyl in a rice paper sleeve slides right into the back pocket. Also works great for gatefold jackets as well when combining 2 protectors.

Yes, buy them together if possible but everytime I go to stock up on outer protectors, the inner sleeves were out of stock.
I ended up buying these because they specifically state its polyethylene
